Sportman’s Dinner Partnership.
7th October 2024Platinum Partnership Opportunity, We’re thrilled to extend an exclusive opportunity to become the Platinum Partner of Newton Abbot Rugby Club’s annual Sportsman’s Dinner. Newton Abbot…
Newton Abbot Rugby Club is a not-for-profit members club based in South Devon. We are home to 19 of our own rugby teams starting at u5’s boys and girls all the way through to men and ladies senior teams.
Newton Abbot Rugby Club supports the community as much as possible and is also home to other clubs. We currently host the Westcountry Wasps, an all-inclusive rugby team, the Devon Sharks rugby league team and Andy’s Man Club – a talking group for men. Not to mention helping other organisations where possible. A great example was the local choir using the grandstand to rehearse during the lockdown.
The Club facilities require maintenance on a regular basis and every now and again the facilities will require an injection of cash to put right or upgrade.
Currently on the club’s radar, we have a few projects ongoing that need attention and other items on an extensive wish list. Here are a few items the funding could go towards:
– A new Boiler for the changing rooms
– Replacement windows
– Toilet upgrades
– Carpark extension
– Floodlight improvements
– Grandstand Repairs
– Borehole for our own water supply
– Dugout replacements
– Clubhouse renovations
– Pitch drainage
In light of this, the club is starting some additional fundraising to help raise funds for some of our wish list. We have recently partnered with VX3 to create these Newton Abbot Rugby Club towels to buy where all profits will go towards the Facilities Fund. So whether you’re drying off after a game, at the gym, or even down the beach this towel from VX3 is a must.
Buy yours here, and support the club you love.
