27th November 2024Newton Abbot Rugby Club Senior Rugby Team Manager Newton Abbot Rugby Club seeks senior team managers to support our senior men’s or women’s rugby…
With the 2022/2023 season upon us, the All Whites Ladies at Newton Abbot Rugby Club are looking forward to another exciting season of rugby. From Plymstock Albion Oaks RFC to Topsham, our All Whites Ladies will be facing off with some of the very best women’s rugby teams in the South West region.
We’re incredibly proud of the ladies at our club and can’t wait to see how the new season plays out for them.
The All Whites Ladies will play their first consecutive away games against the Yeovil and Plymstock Albion Oaks Ladies in their new season in the Women’s NC 1 South West league.
Our Ladies will then host local competitors Devonport Services in a gripping home opener to the Ladies 2022/23 campaign on the Westaway Sausages Pitch on Sunday, October 16 at 3 pm. To close out October, the Ladies will jump back on the coach and head over county lines to face the North Petherton Ladies in Somerset.
In November, the Ladies will face off with two opponents, hosting the red and black Cornwall favourites the Penryn Ladies, before heading away for a local Derby against old foes, the Topsham Ladies – that match is sure to be a nail-biter!
December will begin with two challenging home matches against two local teams who are sure to test the Ladies’ Christmas Spirit – they’ll be playing Crediton and the Plymstock Albion Oaks on December 4th and 18th.
As the New Year begins, the All Whites Ladies will take the short trip down the A38 to face off with the Devonport Services Ladies at The Rectory, before closing out January with a home match against North Petherton.
Round 11 and 12 will bring the Ladies into February with a trip over the Tamar to face Penryn Ladies before returning home to host local legends, the Topsham Ladies.
The All Whites Ladies will close out their away season with a match against Crediton on Sunday the 12th of March before heading back to Newton Abbot to host their last match of the Season against the Yeovil Ladies.
Tickets for all of the above-mentioned home games are FREE and the team would so appreciate any support from friends, family and community members.
Fixtures for any Cup matches will be posted once known.
