Available during the summer off-season, from May through to the end of August, camping at Newton Abbot Rugby Club is dog and child-friendly, with plenty of space to kick a ball around. Our grounds also border the River Teign which boasts a number of lovely walks alongside the water.
At Newton Abbot Rugby Club, you’re always guaranteed a flat, grassy pitch. This is because, during rugby season, our grounds double as sporting fields where our players take on teams from across the South West. From self-contained campers, motorhomes and converted vans to tents, campers at Newton Abbot Rugby Club can enjoy a number of amenities as well as close proximity to Newton Abbot, Kingsteignton and Dartmoor National Park.

Open fires and BBQs are not allowed in-order to protect the grounds but gas-fired stoves are permitted. Supplies can be purchased from Tesco, located just a few minutes’ walk away. The town of Newton Abbot is also close by and offers a range of pubs, restaurants and takeaways.
