Starters
- Roasted parsnip soup with crème fraiche & curry oil
- Duck & orange parfait, toasted brioche & cranberry relish
- Garlic mushrooms on toast topped with a crispy fried egg
Mains
- Turkey served with pigs in blankets, stuffing, roast potatoes, gravy, carrot & swede mash, red cabbage, sprouts with bacon & chestnuts.
- Salmon with fondant potato, samphire, mussels & white wine sauce.
- Nut roast served with stuffing, roast potatoes, and gravy.
Desert
- Christmas pudding with brandy custard
- Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce & caramelised banana
- Lemon posset with biscotti
Finer Details
Your celebration will continue after dinner with a party in the
marquee hosted by our DJ. Tables are available for 8-10 guests, at
£35 per head. You have the option of adding a welcome drink of
bubbly -or a non-alcoholic version- for £1.50 per guest, served at your table.
Doors open 5pm, with carriages being requested for 11.30pm.
