Membership Director

Rhian (Rhi) is our Membership Director at Newton Abbot Rugby Club, responsible for shaping and delivering our strategic membership plan. His focus is on retaining and growing our membership base by making sure every member enjoys a clear, defined, and rewarding rugby club experience with great benefits.

Rhian says it best himself:

“I have a huge passion for rugby, and with my son Alfie playing for the club for the last seven years, it’s been a privilege to support Newton Abbot Rugby Club both on and off the pitch.”

Rhi’s journey with the club began as an age group sponsor, then a Platinum Commercial Partner, before taking on his current role on a voluntary basis. Away from the club, he runs Insight6 Devon and Cornwall and is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) with over 25 years’ experience in strategic insight, consultancy, and operations.

Rhian brings the same passion and expertise to his role here, ensuring members feel valued, connected, and proud to be part of the Newton Abbot Rugby Club community.
